About the Product
When refrigerated, the product may solidify
into a gel-like consistency.
This is due to the collagen that has been released
from the venison, bones, and cartilage.
If you warm it to body temperature,
it will return to a liquid form.
Additionally, you may notice small white lumps in the venison broth.
These are the fat from the venison.
Venison fat is high in saturated fat,
which has a high melting point and resists oxidation,
so the fat may solidify and turn white
at room temperature, like lard.
We try to remove as much of this as possible,
but there is no problem with consuming it.
Storage Instructions
[Premium Line]
Store in the refrigerator (below 4°C) at all times,
and please feed your dog as soon as possible after opening.
[Basic Line]
Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high humidity.
Once opened, keep refrigerated.
Ishca’s dog food contains no preservatives.
The speed at which the food may spoil can vary depending on the season.
Please check the product’s condition and your dog’s health regularly.
While it’s fine to freeze the food at home,
please note that vegetables may release water during freezing,
which could affect the texture upon thawing.
How to Transition

How to Feed and Recommended Amount
Warm to body temperature and serve with the soup.
If your dog doesn’t like the dry food to soften,
you can serve them separately and find the feeding method
that works best for your dog.
To help, we’ve prepared a calculation sheet.
By entering the details in the sheet below,
you’ll be able to find out the calories
and amount of food your dog needs.
The sheet will also help you determine
